1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. From major metros to regional towns, we’ll ensure your Goddess Gloss arrives safely.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The final price depends on your specific delivery address (Zone) and the total weight of your order. By using real-time calculations, we ensure you pay the most accurate and fair rate provided by our courier partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), the following delivery times apply:

  • Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, etc.): 2–3 Business Days.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days.

4. Free Shipping

Orders over R750 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping nationwide. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.

5. Tracking & Collection

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

  • Pudo/Locker: If you select a locker collection option at checkout, please ensure you collect your parcel within the timeframe specified in the SMS notification you receive.
