Refund & Return Policy – Goddess Gloss
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Returns for Online Orders
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

The product is unopened

The product is in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
Under the Consumer Protection Act, all products carry a 6-month implied warranty against defects.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
You may choose between:

Non-Returnable Items

Skin Sensitivity
Individual skin reactions vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and conducting a patch test before use.
